Commission

We have exactly the same goal you do. A revenue-based commission means our pay grows alongside your company. No hidden incentives. Open to a cap.

Equity

We only work long-term. Equity isn't a bonus - it's a statement that we treat your success as our own and that we're building something together, not just for one season.
