Fractional Sales Teams

Focus on what makes you unique. Leave repeatable sales to us.

When too much of the founder's time goes to sales, product and operations take the hit. Add two or three underperforming salespeople and frustration starts turning into burnout. In enterprise sales, most of what fills your day can be automated or delegated without sacrificing quality.

Partnership Model

Two experts and one system — not an agency, not an extra hire

We deliver fractional sales teams that become part of your organisation for the duration of the engagement — they don't advise from the sidelines and don't vanish after handing over a lead. Depending on the package, we take ownership of Lead Generation or of the entire sales function, working with the same people from day one to deal close.

Expert

Lead Generation

Defines the segment, builds target lists and runs outreach to decision-makers, driving the process to a booked, qualified meeting.

Expert

Sales Execution

Runs conversations, closes the sales process and owns the forecast, stepping in exactly where Lead Generation ends.

In the Essential package you work with the Lead Generation Expert. In the Full package both experts work in parallel, forming a complete fractional sales team without the need to build one internally from scratch.

Budding Agent

Both experts are powered by Budding Agent, our multi-agent AI system that dramatically accelerates cold calling, automates outreach and optimises the time allocated to sales activities. As a result, every hour of expert work goes where it actually builds results — not into repeatable tasks that can be automated.

You get a ready-made team and toolset, not a project to build from zero — without the risks of recruiting, onboarding and wondering whether the hire will work out.

We save the founder's time through expert work powered by AI.

In enterprise sales your presence matters, but only at the most critical moments and only with the right people on the other side. Everything that happens before and between those meetings needs to be organised by someone. That someone is us.

Moves to us

  • Segment definition, target lists and outreach paths
  • Reaching decision-makers — outbound, LinkedIn, phone, email
  • Qualifying and booking meetings that make sense
  • Running the process: follow-ups, materials, driving the next step
  • Forecast and reporting — you know what's coming and when
  • In the Full package: strategy, coaching and recruiting your team

Decision-making stays with you

We deliver context and insights — you make the call.

  • Strategy and business model
  • Service portfolio
  • Margin, cost, terms and pricing decisions
  • Estimates
  • Your network of contacts — we leverage it, we don't pretend it doesn't exist

First booked meeting typically within two weeks of kickoff.

Budding Agent

AI doesn't replace the experts — it scales them.

Budding Agent is our proprietary AI tool, built for enterprise sales. We make a difference in processes defined by long cycles and high deal value, where the buying decision sits with a multi-person committee. We don't sell it as a standalone product — we equip our experts and our clients' teams with it.

The Agent handles

  • Research and building target lists
  • Personalising messages by channel and funnel stage, including cold call scripts
  • Intelligent scoring and lead qualification
  • Nurturing automation
  • Tracking dates and narrowing priorities

The Human handles

  • Continuous refinement of the segment definition
  • Mapping decision-makers inside the organisation (stakeholder mapping)
  • Expanding influence through internal referrals
  • Providing context and narrative across the organisation (multithreading)
  • Negotiation and navigating large-company politics

First meeting within two weeks

Regardless of the package, we start the same way: with meetings with decision-makers who are in a buying process.

Day 1–3

Step 1

Collecting key access and information

We start with a detailed questionnaire about your company's situation, structure, financials, potential and biggest pain points. In parallel, we set up access to mailboxes and key systems (CRM, PMS), gather sales and onboarding materials, and complete the basic Budding Agent configuration. Minimal disruption and involvement on your side.

Week 1

Step 2

Segment definition and joining the sales effort

During the first workshops we build the segment documentation: target audience description (key company metrics, target list, buyer personas, ICP), end-client problem descriptions, solutions and objections, lead qualification criteria with discovery questions, competitor and alternative analysis, plus lead-gen materials — case studies, presentations, voice samples and cold call scripts. In many cases we're already making the first test calls to potential clients in parallel.

Week 1–2

Step 3

Advanced Budding Agent configuration and campaign launch

Based on the segment documentation, we configure the Budding Agent system — narrowing the list of companies and stakeholders we want to reach. We build the scoring engine, analyse historical contact data and sales data.

By week 3

Step 4

First meetings and insights from the sales process

Campaigns launch and we typically book the first meetings around this time. In parallel, the Sales Expert joins ongoing sales processes and the team's regular meetings, catching non-obvious objections or loss reasons that haven't surfaced before. This is one of our key differentiators, driving lead generation effectiveness. Here, consulting and experience genuinely support execution.

What if it doesn't work out

We don't promise guaranteed results — nobody honest in enterprise sales does. Instead: the minimum term is three months, not a year. Part of our compensation is commission on signed contracts, so we don't earn the full amount when you don't earn. After three months you have the complete data — how many meetings, with whom, at what stage — and you decide based on numbers, not impressions.

The alternative: recruiting a sales manager with enterprise experience takes 3–4 months of searching and six months of onboarding before the first lead appears.

Compensation model: a fixed monthly retainer plus commission on signed contracts. Specific terms discussed on a call.

Questions you'll ask on the call anyway

How are you different from a lead-gen agency?

An agency delivers leads and that's where the accountability ends. We own the entire process of defining and updating the segment definition: we collect the client's declared information while simultaneously validating those assumptions in sales processes, internal discussions and correspondence analysis to produce more reliable insights.

Additionally, thanks to our Sales Execution specialist, we see what happens after the meeting is booked, creating a feedback loop for the prospecting experts. Practical difference: an agency bills for activity, we're partly compensated by commission on what you actually sign. We work in your CRM, not ours, so you have the full history of actions on every booked stakeholder.

How will you know my industry?

The precision of our model across diverse industries — from advanced IT solutions through cybersecurity to assembly line integrators — speaks to its universality. Every one of our clients has been delivering services and solutions to the enterprise segment in Poland and internationally.

At the same time, we openly acknowledge that on day one our industry knowledge will be limited. That's why the first week is a workshop where we extract what's essential for our work. We don't aspire to be domain experts — our job is to take the knowledge already in your organisation and maximise its use in the sales process. The structure of enterprise sales is repeatable regardless of industry: who holds the budget, who blocks, how long the decision takes. We layer industry specifics onto that framework, not the other way around.

How much of my time will this take?

We estimate reclaiming 20–50% of the founder's time currently spent on sales, within the first three to six months. How that time is reallocated is individual.

Some genuinely goes to operations, increasing delivery excellence and accelerating product development and market fit. Some typically stays in sales but shifts to the level where founder involvement has the greatest value: deepening relationships with key clients and partners, building a personal brand that drives quality pipeline, and shaping the service portfolio based on market signals.

What channels do you use for outreach?

The primary acquisition channel is the phone call — it generates the most sales opportunities because it lets you verify need and buying context faster than any asynchronous sequence. But its effectiveness depends on what happens beforehand.

Identifying the right company and decision-maker, and spotting signals that justify the contact — personnel changes, recruiting, funding, new market entry — without tooling support consumes over half the time allocated to outbound. That's why we automate the repeatable part with Budding Agent. As a result, more time goes into the actual conversations, and each one starts from understanding the prospect's situation, not from a generic opener.

In parallel, we run email sequences and LinkedIn activity so the phone call isn't the first touchpoint — we're talking to someone who already has context. Personalisation is built on a specific, research-based reason for contact, not a template variable. We tailor the channel mix, cadence and tone per segment and adjust based on campaign data: pickup rates, meeting conversion and beyond — to sales opportunity.

What if there are no results after 3 months?

The minimum term is three months precisely so you don't have to make that decision in the dark. After that period you have the complete data set: how many contacts, how many meetings, with whom, at what stage. You decide based on numbers.

Do you work with competitors?

The reference point is the offering, not the market segment — the same expert can work with several companies targeting a similar client profile, as long as the services being sold don't overlap. We don't assign one person to sell two products or services that would compete for the same budget or the same buying decision at the end customer.

In practice, an expert serving implementation firms targeting IT directors in manufacturing can work with several such companies in parallel, provided their offerings complement rather than replace one another — one handles cybersecurity, another infrastructure modernisation, a third systems integration. This arrangement increases value for all parties: the expert understands the industry and decision-making structure more deeply than starting from scratch with each client, and no company served competes with the others for the same customer on the same matter.

We draw the line precisely at the start of the engagement — defining what scope of offering we consider competitive in your case — and write it into the contract. If during the engagement a request comes in for a product or service within that scope, it doesn't go to the same expert: either we decline it, or a fully separated team runs it, and we inform you before starting, not during.

Who works with your team

At an agency, a senior puts together the proposal and someone you meet after signing runs the project. Here, you talk to the same people who then own the result.

I built my career at Divante — the Karwatka brothers' company, later early investors in ElevenLabs and founders of The 5 movement. I went from Lead Generation specialist to Sales Director, building sales teams from scratch during the period when revenue grew from 10 to 100 million PLN.

On the sales side, I was actively involved in two acquisitions and the merger of Divante with the international company Cloudflight, working with brands such as Würth, Magna Corp, ING Bank and John Deere. Beyond Divante, I gained experience across other industries — selling solutions for cybersecurity firms, IT/AI providers for fintechs, and an assembly and production automation integrator — with real impact not only on sales but also marketing and operations, creating pre-sales functions.

I started my outbound career as one of the first people at Right Hello — a company that was the first in this part of Europe to systematise and automate outbound, transforming it from a set of individual skills into a repeatable process. I worked there as a Cold Call Expert and outbound team manager. At Budding Partners I've opened contacts with Fortune 500 brands including Siemens, Volkswagen and Booking.com, maintaining an average of 2.79 leads per week over the last 24 months.

That experience translated directly into what I do today: I'm responsible for all automation at Budding Partners and the lead architect of Budding Agent — a tool that automates, among other things, the most time-consuming part of pre-contact research and CRM data enrichment. I know first-hand which elements of this process require human judgement and which can and should be automated, because I spent years dedicating thousands of hours to the repeatable parts myself.

We're backed by a team of research and campaign specialists. Accountability for your results stays on our side and is never delegated.
